| | Bathing A bath at Edmonds Veterinary Hospital is more than just a method to help your pet smell good. Our assistants are trained to look for problems and conditions as they bathe your pet. While massaging shampoo into their skin they feel for lumps and bumps and note the condition of the skin and coat and look for parasites such as fleas and ticks. Not only is their skin clean, but their anal sacs are expressed, nails trimmed, ears clean and teeth brushed. A bath with one of our assistants is truly a Spaw Experience! | |
| | Microchip Identification Each year thousands of pets are lost and never reunited with their family. Microchipping is an easy way to ensure your pet can be found. A microchip is about the sized of a pencil lead and is placed with an injection between their shoulders. All microchips are placed in the same place. Local shelters and animal control agencies check every pet that comes into their care for a chip. The chip is registered in a database and can reunite a pet lost in California with its owner in Washington. | |
